The fix
Once you approve the work, repair labor is $75 an hour while I’m hands-on with it.

Scans and updates that run on their own are part of flat jobs. You’re not paying hourly while the machine sits there chugging away.
Slow computer?
Usually it’s years of clutter on Windows. A clean slate fixes most of it.
Nothing on here you need?
Wipe and reinstall: fastest path. About $325 total ($100 look + $225).
Need photos or documents?
Tell me which folders matter. I save those, reinstall clean, put them back. About $400 total.
What’s it doing?
